Please read Charter and bylaws and if you agree to them, fill in the form, there after.

If you fail to agree to Charter/Bylaws within 24 hrs from the time you were invited you will loose your Trial Knight status and will have to be re-invited.

Storm of Knights Guild Charter

We are the Storm of Knights. That hath entered Norrath. We come in peace to those who would seek our help, wisdom, courage and might! We come with revenge and death for those who would question our will and superiority. Knights I commission you to this quest; help those who seek us, encourage those who have fallen and destroy those who would seek to destroy us for we are the STORM of KNIGHTS strong in mind, body and spirit.

Our Code of Conduct

Honor

Recognize those that are honorable. Have honor by behaving in a way that reflects well upon yourself and your guild.

Valor

Above all you are a Knight. Be you a caster, cleric, or warrior, you are a Knight. Your cause is your duty to your fellow Knights.

Chivalry

Be polite and courteous to all, at all times. Think before you speak, before harsh words. You are a reflection upon your guild and fellow Knights.

Respect

Treat everyone you meet with the same respect you would like them to show you.

Justice

We will not tolerate corrupt Knights. Recognize the goodness of all others.

Pride

We are the Storm of Knights, Be proud of who you are. Take pride in your Knighthood, class and

race.

Bylaws

The practice known as "kill stealing" will also not be tolerated. That is to say, the intentional taking of a kill from someone else who was fighting it first. This is an ambiguous area, and common sense and respect for others in a group situation must be used. For example - You are in a group that is camped at an area and who are using a rotation to take turns there, when someone arrives, who attacks out of order. In this case, "stealing" the kill back from them would be justified.

Under no conditions is it acceptable to play using tactics that are considered "dirty" or "unfair". Role-playing an evil character is no excuse for this type of behavior as there is no provision in the game to defend against it. Also, your actions reflect on the guild as a whole, and therefore you must act in a manor that won't adversely affect our image.

Begging for items or Power Leveling is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. This not only looks bad on all our Knights but also on the Guild. If a person wishes to give an item or PL you that is fine, but please, do not beg for these things. Storm of Knights has had several PL Parties with more to come. Most players will help you if they see you are trying to help yourself. So keep this in mind, players offer easier if not being begged. Most of the time begging only makes them angry.

All This helps everyone associate a face with a name. This not only makes our leader proud it encourages all our Knights be they officers or members. When we all group together this gets other players attention also. It makes them wonder what we are up to!!! When people see a large group they want to join it. The more Knights we get the easier it is to plan special guild events. Some events like raids need a large amount of players to be there. When officers see members involved they want to do more. Please make the effort to attend. Meetings are only once a month and last about 30 minutes.

/Role-play verses Anonymous. It is the policy of the Storm of Knights that Knights may /role-Play. /Role-Play allows Knights to be anonymous but retain their Guild Tag. Please remember the Guild Tag and wear it with honor

Services within the Guild should be done at cost or for no charge for fellow Knights. If a service cost you to provide it, then we don't expect you to give this service for free but rather at your cost/discount for fellow Knights. Services such as Rez, Sow, Buffs, TP or TL should be done for fellow Knights, when convenient, at no charge. Please remember ask don't beg or annoy.

Everyone is strongly encouraged to register their character/characters on the Guild roster located on the Storm of Knights web-site and to please e-mail [email protected] New levels, screen shots or any ideas regarding the Guild.
